  • Location:** 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360

Ecore is looking for dedicated individuals to join our **2nd shift** team in **Ozark, AL**. If you're passionate about manufacturing and want to be a part of our innovative upcycled rubber products division, this is your opportunity.

  • 2nd Shift Hours:** Monday through Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, with occasional overtime

Systems Operator Pay Range:** Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience $0.75 shift differential

Core Essentials

**Safety and Team Coordination:**

  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
  • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations

  • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training And Cross-Training

  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Systems Operator Essential Experiences

  • High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
  • Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
  • Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
