Job summary

Dauch is looking for a Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift in Twinsburg, Ohio. Responsibilities include operating die cast equipment, performing minor adjustments, and monitoring machine performance to ensure maximum productivity and quality. • Monitor fluid levels and machine performance for maximum productivity.

Job Description

• Perform minor adjustments, clean and fill machine.
• Monitor fluid levels and machine performance for maximum productivity and quality.
• Operate die cast equipment manually as necessary and clear faults.
• Monitor metal temperatures, plug size, casting removal, die spray, part release and transfer, trimming operation and quality of castings, making corrections as necessary.
• Visually inspect to certify part quality and pack castings per relevant Work Instruction.
