Job summary

Spinnaker, a Mactac Company, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Troy, OH. You will operate machines that coat or cut materials, ensure proper loading and settings, and complete basic paperwork while communicating production status to the team.

The starting pay is $21.95 per hour plus shift differential, with potential increases through our pay progression scale within the first year. We offer benefits from day one, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with team assistance as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that coat or cut materials.
• Ensure materials are loaded and machine settings are correct.
• Complete basic paperwork and computer entries.
• Communicate production status with the team.
• Monitor materials and flag quality issues.

Location: Spinnaker, a Mactac Company - Troy, OH

Pay:

• Starting at $21.95/hr + shift differential
• The posted rate reflects the starting wage for this position. Employees are eligible for increases through our pay progression scale and may earn a higher hourly rate within their first year of employment based on progression milestones.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm

What You'll Do (Machine Operator):

• Help operate machines that coat or cut materials
• Ensure materials are loaded and machine settings are correct
• Complete basic paperwork and computer entries
• Communicate with your team about production status
• Monitor materials and flag any quality issues

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team help for anything heavier)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
