In this role at Brown Pacific, you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while following safety, quality, and process standards. You’ll perform basic setups and adjustments, conduct in‑process inspections, document results, and work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Operators may be assigned to specific equipment or processes based on business needs, including wire drawing machines, grinders, mills, and annealing furnaces.

This position is classified as full‑time, non‑exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday (3:30pm to 1:00am). This position may require overtime and occasional weekend work.
The Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.
