ResourceMFG in Pelham, TN is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Production Associates to assemble automotive components, operate equipment, and inspect parts. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and weekly pay, located in Pelham, Tennessee.

Shifts include 1st (5:00 AM–3:30 PM) and 2nd (4:00 PM–2:30 AM). Compensation is hourly with benefits available and growth potential within the facility.

ResourceMFG is hiring for a manufacturing facility in Pelham, TN that produces frames, latches, racks, and swivels for the automotive industry.

Shift Schedules:

1st Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $15.66/hour
• Overtime: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Pay: $15.91/hour
• Overtime: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
