Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Illinois is seeking a Machine Operator to support on-time delivery and produce high-quality components. You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, load materials, and help ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Work Model:

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Pay Range:

$18 plus $3 per hour shift differential

SUMMARY
