Job summary

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join the production team on the 2nd shift. You will load materials onto feed reels, monitor lamination equipment, and assist with machine setup to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Load and replenish raw materials onto feed reels for lamination equipment.
  • Assist with machine setup and changeovers as directed.
  • Make and monitor machine adjustments to maintain uniform resin thickness and product quality.
  • Monitor material flow to ensure continuous feeding and uninterrupted production.
  • Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Record production information and notify supervisors of equipment or quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Assist with other production line functions and manufacturing operations as needed.

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. We are seeking reliable and detail oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for loading materials onto feed reels connected to lamination machines, monitoring production processes, and assisting with machine setup and adjustments to ensure product quality. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the efficient operation of the production line.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
