Job summary

SPIROL in Danielson, CT is seeking a Machine Operator (2nd shift) to operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient manufacture to quality standards in a fast-paced team environment.

You will set up and adjust machinery, perform routine quality checks, document results, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator (2nd shift) to join our team in Danielson.

As a Machine Operator, you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
