Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Huntington, IN 46750

Company: Pro Resources Staffing Services

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (4 pm – 2 am, Mon – Fri, with possible overtime on Saturdays)

Duration: Through end of September 2025

Job Description

• Operate machines used in manufacturing oil pans for John Deere
• Load aluminum parts or raw materials into machines
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments for performance and accuracy
• Inspect finished products for quality

Requirements

• 1-3 months of machine operating experience
• Experience with hand tools, buffers, and grinders
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. during shift (mostly 35 lbs. repeatedly)
• Felonies are considered on a case-by-case basis with approval
• Steel-toed boots, jeans, and cotton T-shirts (no holes or rips) are required
