Industrial Tectonics Bearings is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with machine upkeep. The role requires basic hand-tool usage, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Training will be provided for the right candidate to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities include cleaning machines before shifts and between setups, maintaining tidy workstations, and adhering to safety protocols. This position emphasizes reliability and willingness to learn.
We are looking for a candidate with some experience but it is not required. Willing to train the right individual.
Must have good communication skills. Able to use standard hand tools. Able to lift 25 pounds.
Accountable for cleaning the machine before completing the shift and/or prior to moving on to another machine.
