Job summary

Ecore-International in Texas is seeking a Machine Operator to lead the production of upcycled rubber products on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 PM–4:00 AM). The role offers a 4-day workweek and competitive pay, with overtime opportunities and a safety-focused culture.

You will operate state-of-the-art mixing equipment, ensure high-quality products through precise measurements, and train teammates while maintaining workplace safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Physical capability to handle materials (upto 60 lbs) and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
