What You'll Do

  • Support injection molding and secondary operations
  • Perform visual inspections of molded and secondary-processed parts
  • Trim and clean molded parts to meet quality standards
  • Operate pad printing, heat staking, and inserting equipment
  • Assemble components into finished products
  • Count and package parts accurately
  • Complete required quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Notify supervisor of any non-conforming products

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more months of experience in plastic injection molding
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
