We are seeking Finishing Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves checking quality and finishing IML labels through die cutting or punching.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor print quality continuously
• Remove defective materials as per specifications
• Use tools like rulers and safety knives
• Handle and palletize rolls carefully
• Understand basic printing defects
• Record data accurately in paperwork and systems
• Participate in projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Adhere to safety policies
• Dependability with regular attendance and overtime as needed
• Team player with ability to assist in machine setup, operation, and cleanup
• Respectful and communicative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Legal ability to work in the US without sponsorship
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Visual acuity including color vision and focus adjustment
