Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Machine Operator to operate high‑speed CNC machines in a Linwood, PA production environment. You will set up and adjust machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure parts conform to the production schedule.

Ideal candidates have fabrication shop experience, can read blueprints, use tape measures and calipers, and may have experience inspecting machined parts. This role offers a shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints/models.
• Able to read tape measures and use calipers.
• Experience machining metal into finished parts (Helpful).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high‑speed CNC machines in a production environment.
• Adjust machine settings and perform set‑ups as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Create complex parts per the production schedule.
• Complete required paperwork for all jobs.
• Coordinate with programmers and engineers to optimize setup, operation and quality.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Linwood, PA
Salary: $24 - $27 per hour + Shift Differential(on 2nd and 3rd Shifts)

We are currently hiring for Machine Operators on both 2nd and 3rd shift

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain high-speed CNC machines within a production environment
• Control and adjust machine settings and perform set-ups as needed
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative and routine maintenance on machines
• Create complex parts in accordance to the production schedule
• Complete required paperwork for all jobs
• Coordination with programmers and engineers to optimizes parts set up, operation, and quality
• Reliable and regular attendance

What You Need for this Position:

• Previous experience in a fabrication machine shop
• Experience machining metal into finished parts (Helpful)
• Ability to read blueprints/models
• Able to read tape measures & use calipers
• Experience inspecting machined parts (Helpful)
