Located in Dyersville, Iowa, we are the only plastics resin compounder in Iowa specializing in engineered thermoplastics. JEDA Polymers is seeking Machine Operators for 2nd & 3rd shifts. After completing our training program, you will become an Extrusion Machine Operator, capable of setting up, calibrating, and operating extruders and auxiliary equipment. The role involves providing technical support to ensure a consistent and standardized manufacturing process.

Our production team is vital for the continuous manufacturing of high-quality resin, monitoring line efficiency, meeting productivity goals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

No experience necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Available shifts include:

• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday night to Friday morning, 9:00 pm - 7:00 am
  • Training for this shift will initially occur on 1st shift to enable independent work on 3rd shift. This training may take one to two months and can be scheduled flexibly.
