Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in Tolleson, AZ. The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment on 2nd (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) or 3rd (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) shift, with a base pay of $23.00/hour plus shift differential.

Paid training, full-time hours, and a clean, safe workplace are provided. Responsibilities include inspecting, counting and stacking finished product, reading orders and documents to learn customer requirements, and ensuring accurate records and time sheets.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer requirements
• Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing time sheets, report, lists and other records and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean‑up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisors
