Masterson Staffing Solutions is recruiting seasoned rotational molders for our client located in Maple Lake, MN.

This position has openings for:

1. 1st shift: 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Starting Wage $18
2. 2nd shift: 3:45pm-1:45am, Monday-Thursday (OT on Fridays), Starting Wage $20

Position Summary: Rotational molders are responsible for the entire product manufacturing process, including loading molds with powder resin, placing molds into ovens, removing finished products, and trimming excess material.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure timely work completion and adherence to practices
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors, and align with company objectives; willing to work in all operational areas as needed
• Participate in training of team members
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities and work areas
• Identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Ensure quality and consistency of assembly and final product
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Education and Technical Skills:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or rotational molding is a plus
