Unicity USA Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Machine Operator for on-site production in a food/dietary supplement facility. You will run high-speed equipment, perform setups and changeovers, and support training and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in food/dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Training in safety, ESD awareness, foreign object damage awareness, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple processes on high speed automated or semi automated equipment.
• Perform loading, supplying, reworking, and loading conveyors.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Ensure production and maintenance documentation is accurate and timely.
• Manage setup, operation, and changeovers for assigned equipment.
• Adhere to cGMPs and SOPs in daily work.

About the Role Summary

SummaryObjective The Machine Operator is responsible for the successful learning operation and basic preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment This role is key to maintaining efficient production processes ensuring quality output assisting in the training of new employees and supporting all other production area needs

Essential Functions

Responsible for the complete lifecycle of assigned production equipment including start up operation change over shut down and routine preventative maintenance as prescribed by PM chartsOperate and monitor multiple processes on high speed automated or semi automated manufacturing equipmentPerform essential manual tasks such as loading and supplying production line items reworking product and loading conveyorsMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition strictly adhering to prescribed safety regulationsEnsure all required production and maintenance documentation is completed accurately and timelyResponsible for producing quality finished goods proactively identifying and eliminating non conforming productReceive and be responsive to frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set up and operationsComplete all required tasks related to the effective and efficient operation of the assigned manufacturing areaStrictly adhere to company policies current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs
