Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator 2 in Wisconsin to support high-speed production with the Big Red sealer and related equipment. You will load materials, verify quality, and maintain safety and efficiency on a small team.

You should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of machine operation experience; basic math, computer, and mechanical skills are required, with opportunities for education assistance and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Big Red sealer.
• May use computer to load printer software.
• Set up and verify weigh scale.

• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards.
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment.
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation.
• Break down scrap packages.
• Able to work effectively within small teams.
• Accurately complete scrap tickets.
• Accurately complete daily production sheet.
• Accurately update hourly goal board.
• Maintain production pace and standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5Ss.
