Overview

This position is based in West Hazelton, working from 10:30pm to 7:00am, with weekly pay starting at $23.85 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for night shifts. Benefits start on day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Duties

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes, and basic machine processing.
• Assist with mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor processing conditions and perform quality checks.
• Document activities accurately and communicate with supervisors.
• Train new Operators and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience required.

Requirements

• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Computer skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
