Exciting Opportunity: Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Our copper mill operates 24/7, and you'll be a crucial part of our operation, helping to produce top-quality products in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 6:50 AM - 7 PM (Training from 6:50 AM - 7 PM for approximately 1 month)

Location: Our facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Machine Operator, you'll have a hands-on role, setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment. Your main focus will be on ensuring continuous, efficient production with no downtime. You'll perform basic machine maintenance, manage molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow. Attention to detail is key as you monitor for malfunctions, adjust settings as necessary, and maintain detailed records to ensure product quality.

You will also play a critical role in making quick decisions to resolve issues and keep production running smoothly. Effective communication with your team is essential, as you'll report any issues, suggest improvements, and work together to keep everything running safely and efficiently.
