Machine Operator (2-2-3 Schedule - 6:50pm - 7am)

Join PDM, a leader in the HVAC industry with nearly 50 years of experience, as a Machine Operator! We operate 24/7 in a high-tech environment, producing top-quality products. Our copper mill offers a steady, reliable schedule with a 2-2-3 shift rotation from 6:50 PM to 7 AM, including training from 6:50 AM to 7 PM for approximately one month.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment
  • Ensuring continuous, efficient production with no downtime
  • Performing basic machine maintenance and managing molds
  • Controlling process parameters like cooling water and gas flow
  • Monitoring for malfunctions, adjusting settings, and maintaining detailed records
  • Making quick decisions to resolve issues and maintain safety and efficiency
