Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a dedicated machine operator to run fabrication equipment and assist in quality control in our Senatobia, MS facility. You will follow blueprints, read gauges, and document production in our systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate fabrication machines and read simple blueprints.
• Must understand basic math and measurement with gauges and calipers.
• Experience reading gauges, tape measures and micrometers is preferred.
• Must read, count, and record time spent on each job.

Responsibilities

• Operate different fabrication machines per customer orders.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform operator maintenance as required.

Our services include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more.WHAT YOU WILL DOOperate different fabrication machines including punch press, milling machine, saws, and secondary equipment as needed to produce material according to customer’s orders.Operates small hand tools and measuring equipment including, but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, saws, drills, air tools, gage tables, tape measure, micrometers, and calipers.Ensures proper maintenance is done on equipment and performs the operator maintenance that is within their job responsibilities and qualifications/training.Ensure all quality procedures and processes are being followed and complete.
