Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for tasks involved in the production, inspection, and packing of Altor Solutions’ products. They report to the appropriate supervisor (Production Supervisor, Mold Technician, Quality) if products do not meet company quality standards. The role requires adherence to Altor Solutions’ standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, and Production, performed in an efficient and safe manner.

Requirements

  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Accurate use of a tape measure
  • Ability to follow instructions; proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for machine operation and paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to tolerate manufacturing conditions, including heat, humidity, and chill
  • Ability to carry up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
