Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial machine operator experience.
• 3+ years of experience using computerized machinery.
• OSHA and MSHA Training is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to work overtime to meet production deadlines.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Set up manufacturing equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and written instructions in support of production.
• Material handling and inventory tracking.
• Unload trucks and move parts between work areas.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and keep work area clean.
• Identify and implement equipment improvements to boost efficiency.
