Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is seeking a Machine Operator for the South Milwaukee, WI facility. The role requires maintaining tolerances, inspections, and production standards while operating multiple machines in manual work centers.

The position offers benefits starting day one, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related manufacturing experience; relocation is not offered for this role.

This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility.• Maintain tolerances, inspection, and production standards.• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.• Operate multiple machines in manual machining work centers.• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, and various other measuring instruments.• Perform other related duties as assigned and follow general housekeeping (5S+) standard and autonomous maintenance tasks.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.• Minimum six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience.• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
