Lydech Thermal Acoustic Solutions (TAS) is seeking a Line Operator to safely operate line equipment and help meet customer quality requirements. You will follow SOPs and control plans, maintain data boards, and assist with die sets while coordinating assignments within the work cell.
Responsibilities include ensuring proper material flow, inspecting product quality, and addressing any safety concerns promptly under Team Leader guidance.
Compensation: $18.26/Hr
Responsible for safe and effective operation of equipment and tools and for practicing safe working habits at all times. Coordinates Line Operator assignments within the work cell to meet customer quality requirements per control plans/standard operating procedures, customer deliveries, quality, production rates and 6S standards. Keep line Hour by Hour boards, downtime issues and other data current, and assist with die sets.

Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Repetitive motion of hand and finger movement to manually input data using a keyboard or to assemble parts may be required for up to eight hours a day. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
