Job summary

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator at our Theodore, AL facility. You will operate and monitor packaging and cook-room machinery, record production data, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Join a team-focused environment with OT opportunities and weekends as needed, while maintaining a clean, efficient work area and adhering to specifications.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key part of our production team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. Operating and maintaining cook rooms and packaging machinery, including film lifts, WULF packaging, ECONO-PAK robots, and more.
