Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule - Monday through Thursday; 1st: 5 am - 3 pm and 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 1 am

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in operating specific machinery or equipment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
