Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will operate and balance components across the part washer and balancer areas, handling cast iron, bronze and stainless parts to meet quality standards.

You will load/unload washers, transport materials, balance impellers on Hines Balancers, and generate work orders and receipts. Training may lead to wage growth; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack or forklift license preferred.
• Basic machine operation skills and computer skills (MS Office).
• Experience with SAP or S/4 Hana ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash castings and transport materials to staging areas or work centers; run the Hines Impeller Balancer.
• Load and unload the casting washer; balance impellers on balancers.
• Transport materials to appropriate locations and generate documentation such as work orders and receipts.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
• Perform other duties as required.
