The Job Shop in Findlay, OH is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. You will operate sorting machinery, monitor production flow, and ensure safety and quality documentation is completed accurately.

We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm at $17.50/hr and 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm at $18/hr. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse or production experience, can lift up to 55 lbs., and thrives in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
