Join our team as a Machine Operator at Eagle Automation, supporting our production department. This role involves operating automated equipment, performing maintenance, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Position Details

• Location: Initially in Peekskill, NY, with relocation to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing to work in Peekskill for approximately 6-8 months.
• Schedule: M-F, 5:30am-2pm or 2:30pm-11pm, with flexibility for early or late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
• Conduct line clearances and verify labels.
• Report equipment, quality, or troubleshooting issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience with automated assembly or packaging equipment, especially ActionPac machines, is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
• 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in automation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 20-30 pounds.
• Good vision, hearing, and communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate colors.

Additional Information
