United Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for the Gardena, CA area. You will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to meet quality and production standards.

Candidates should follow detailed work instructions and stay focused on safety, quality, and productivity during shifts. Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift and be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Follow work orders and production specifications to complete assigned jobs.
• Load materials and supplies into machines as required.
• Monitor equipment throughout the production process to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and materials.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment malfunctions, or production concerns.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed within the scope of training.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow established safety procedures and proper machine operating practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other production team members.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
