Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division seeks a manufacturing associate in Ogden, UT. The role is non-exempt and on-site, focusing on retrieving, inspecting, and preparing products to customer specifications, while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

You will operate machines, interpret drawings, manage materials, and complete logs and QC records with attention to detail and efficiency. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within a large industrial group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to review and understand operator instructions.
• Ability to use basic math; communicate effectively with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, inspect, and prepare products to customer specifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all machine functions.
• Operate with safe working practices and procedures.
• Interpret basic part drawings and identify required raw materials.
• Complete time logs, inventory tags, and QC logs accurately.
• Follow lockout/tag-out procedures and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain an average efficiency rate of 85% as directed by management.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Summary

This role will retrieve, inspect, and prepare products to customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of all machine functions
• Consistently demonstrate safe working practices and procedures in operating machine
• Interpret basic part drawings
• Identify type and quantity or raw materials required for specific jobs
• Accurately complete all required documentation including time logs, inventory tags and QC logs
• Follow and understand all company lockout tag-out procedures
• Perform routine machine maintenance including blade changes, fluid level checks, cleaning and minor adjustments
• Maintain an average efficiency rate of 85% as determined by management
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
