Job summary

Belmark in Wisconsin is seeking a Specialty Finishing Operator for the converting area. You will set up and operate multiple high-speed converting assets, ensuring quality and safety while adhering to all procedures.

Shift schedule is 3:00AM–3:00PM, 3 days on/4 days off, with overtime after 36 hours. Benefits include health/dental/vision, on-site clinic, 401(k) with 6% match, paid holidays from day one, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school education, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements per Safe Quality Foods.
• Maintain superior attendance record.
• Perform tasks following safety guidelines at all times.
• Comply with Belmark procedures and quality requirements.
• Case packing finished product.
• Ensure product quality attributes during the converting process.
• Prepare and label cases on pallet.
• Stage raw materials.
• Perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
