Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC is seeking a Machine Operator - Responder 4 for our Carrollton, TX manufacturing plant. The role involves operating and monitoring production lines, adjusting equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient output on a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with a 36/48 rotation.

Responsibilities include supporting GMPs for a food-contact product, training new operators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in production environments preferred.
• Experience supporting continuous manufacturing operations preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication to keep safety and production records.
• Basic computer skills to enter information into SAP/Ignition.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to maintain safe, efficient manufacturing performance.
• Adjust equipment to meet quality specs and maximize daily output.
• Maintain line speed and track downtime, scrap, and yield with leadership support.
