Job summary

Tops-Products is seeking a hands-on machine operator to set up and adjust equipment for production runs. You will clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation and may troubleshoot issues while submitting maintenance requests as needed.

You may coordinate crewmembers and provide training for new team members, performing with minimal supervision under guidance from a supervisor. Strong physical stamina is required to handle lifting tasks as described.

• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
• Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
