Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration in Williamsport, MD is seeking a full-time production operator to run machines producing finished products per customer specifications. Hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience with measuring tools, the ability to read prints, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds. You will inspect parts, record production data, and follow safety rules in a clean work area.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

• Performs multiple machine operation and assist other operators and production personnel effectively.
• Operate all material handling equipment both manual and powered.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments and perform quality inspection on all parts and components.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Recognizes equipment malfunction and report to supervision.
• Maintains neat and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Must wear proper PPE at all times and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
