Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Machine Operator to support our electronics assembly production. You will set up, run, and monitor a range of equipment including SMT Pick-and-Place, Through-Hole Insertion, Sequencers, Wave Solder and Reflow systems.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to procedures. The position offers a 3-night schedule with three 12-hour shifts, giving four days off each week.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
  • Basic data entry and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and follow English instructions and safety documentation.
  • Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to interpret performance graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Use computer programs to access and follow assembly instructions.

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our dedicated production team. In this hands- on role, you’ll operate and monitor a variety of production equipment, including SMT Pick-and-Place machines, Through-Hole Insertion equipment, Sequencers, Wave Solder machines, and Reflow systems.

Whether you’re adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, or identifying issues after they become larger problems, your work will help ensure we consistently build high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Work just 3 nights a week, and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week!

This position follows a consistent Monday-Wednesday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM schedule. You will work three 12-hour shifts and have four consecutive days off each week, giving you more time for family, hobbies, appointments, rest, or whatever matters most to you.

SUMMARY

As a Machine Operator, you’ll set up, run, and maintain production equipment used in electronics assembly, including:

  • SMT Pick & Place
  • Through-Hole Insertion
  • Sequencing Machines
  • Wave Flow & Reflow Solder

You’ll play a vital role in keeping production efficient, accurate, and aligned with Milwaukee Electronics’ high-quality standards.
