Position: Machine Operator 1 (Open)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates routine production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards.
• Maintains logs of units produced and reports errors leading to rejects or discards.
• Inspects equipment before use, performs basic adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for machinery.
• Basic understanding of production equipment or ability to learn quickly.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $23.70. Compensation may vary based on market data, knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The starting rate for new hires is typically within this range and is not indicative of future increases. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive.
