About The Role

Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating and maintaining press machines to produce high-quality components. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and specifications. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments to optimize production output. Safety and adherence to operational protocols are paramount to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the Machine Operator contributes directly to the overall productivity and success of the manufacturing facility by ensuring smooth and continuous machine operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corrugated experience operating a Flexo Folder Gluer or Rotary Die Cutter.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
