Cenvar Roofing & Solar in Wytheville, VA is hiring a full-time Warehouse/Fabrication Associate. You will operate metal fabrication machinery, prepare orders, load and deliver materials to job sites, and keep the shop and yard organized.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75–100 lbs while standing and climbing. 1–2 years of warehouse or fabrication experience, forklift certification, or metal roofing knowledge are

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently and spend the workday standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness.
• Preferred: 1–2 years warehouse/fabrication experience, forklift certification, or metal roofing knowledge.
• Interest in advancing within the company into a leadership role overseeing the shop and training future employees.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Quality: Safely operate metal fabrication machinery, perform quality control checks, and build products to customer specifications.
• Logistics & Delivery: Accurately pick, prepare, load, and deliver materials to job sites and warehouse locations.
• Warehouse & Inventory: Assist with receiving, inventory cycle counts, and keeping the shop and yard organized.
• Operations & Safety: Maintain production records and adhere to all company safety policies.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with an hour lunch break at 12:00
• Compensation: $20-$25/hour
