Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join our production team in Whitesboro, NY. This full-time role focuses on setting up and operating CNC/EDM machinery and ensuring high-quality parts through meticulous inspection and proactive maintenance.

The position favors recent CNC program graduates and offers on-the-job training, with opportunities to work alongside seasoned machinists and engineers in a supportive environment.

• Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.

• Prior Experience with polishing is highly desirable
• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus,

Working Conditions :

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
