The Advance Group is currently seeking a Second shift candidate for a plastics facility located in Waterville, OH (14 miles from Toledo, 8 miles from Maumee, 20 miles from Oregon). The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience including ability to read tape measure.

Compensation for the Machine Operator candidate:

• $18.25/hr + $100 weekly bonus (if you work 50 hours)
• Healthcare/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability available immediately after hire

Hours for the Machine Operator candidate:

• Monday – Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm, overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements of the Machine Operator candidate:

• Extensive manufacturing experience
• Preferred construction, manual labor, or manual machine operating experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of job duties
• Comfortable with hand tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator position:

• Fill hoppers with resin material
• Run machines
• Measure and inspect finished parts
• Package parts
• Document orders and production numbers
• Use rulers and various measuring devices to check parts
• Build boxes and crates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Utilize hand tools to grind and smooth parts
