Danfoss Power Solutions Segment in Van Wert, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and oversee multiple machines, producing high-quality components in a safe, efficient production line.

You will inspect parts with gauges, read blueprints, monitor cycle times, and perform routine equipment inspections. The role offers on-site shifts with a competitive pay rate, shift premium, and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard work procedures.
• Able to read blueprints and control plans.
• Experience with gauges or measuring tools; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety; fluent in English.

As a Machine Operator at Danfoss, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components that support industries worldwide. The parts you produce help power essential systems in homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining efficient and safe production lines. By ensuring each part meets our rigorous quality standards, you will help Danfoss provide reliable, energy-efficient solutions to our customers. You will join a collaborative team that supports one another and works with purpose, enabling you to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact every day.

We currently have the following shifts available:

3rd Shift Tuesday – Friday | 8:15 PM – 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR Monday – Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

4th Shift - Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $17.50 – $18.55 per hour Shift Premium: $1.50 for 3rd shift Sign on Bonus – Up to $2500, based on Experience and Shift!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and oversee multiple machines to manufacture high-quality parts that adhere to specifications.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure safe and efficient machine performance by monitoring cycle times and promptly identifying potential issues.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to support dependable daily operations.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area to facilitate a seamless production process.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
