Job summary

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) seeks a dedicated Machine Operator to run a variety of production equipment in a safe, efficient manner while upholding quality standards and daily output goals. The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to safety policies.

Ideal candidates will have experience with industrial machinery, read blueprints and orders, and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-site work at Ft. Worth is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience operating Press Brakes, burn tables, plasma machines, robotic plasma machines, or similar equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Peddinghaus machines is a plus.
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more machines: 12' Press Brake, 20' Press Brake, Messer Oxy Fuel Burn Table, Messer Plasma, Controlled Automation Burn Drill Table, Python Robotic Plasma Machine, Engraver Machine, and 60' PULLMAX Press.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation.
• Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through proper housekeeping practices.
• Meet daily production goals while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision promptly.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

• Ability to safely operate heavy industrial machinery while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
