Komponents Holdings, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production. You will work with all departments to support production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, read technical drawings, and are detail-oriented with lean manufacturing knowledge. This on-site role requires high school diploma and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Related experience preferred: Manufacturing, Carpentry, Maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with 32mm system standards in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Consistent and timely attendance required.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Position Summary:

Operate and manage flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production. Works collaboratively with all other departments in support of Komponents Holdings, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, a strong understanding of machine operations and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)

• Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production
• Ensure machine settings are calibrated according to production specifications
