The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm shift with a pay range of $24.00-$25.00 per hour and potential for temp-to-hire based on performance in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training in welding or metalworking preferred.
• 1–3 years hands-on shop or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate heavy machinery or CNC equipment.
• Experience with metal fabrication processes such as cutting, shaping, welding, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabrication equipment such as semi-automated sheet metal folders and CNC cutting tables.
• Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble raw metal parts according to technical plans and blueprints.
• Support roller shade fabrication team in cutting fabric, tubes, and assembly.
• Pack and palletize finished orders ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Metal Fabrication Worker to join their team. As a Metal Fabrication Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the fabrication and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Metal Fabrication Worker

Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate metal fabrication equipment such as semi-automated sheet metal folders, metal sheers, CNC cutting tables, and other machinery.
• Assist with fabricating, cutting, shaping, and assembling raw metal parts according to technical plans and blueprints.
• Work with the roller shade fabrication team to cut fabric, tubes, and assemble blinds.
• Pack and palletize finished orders ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.

What's Needed?
