The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo, OH facility in need of Machine Operator’s to make custom glassware.

Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:

• Run and load machine(s)
• Change out molds, bolts, and tooling
• Ensure machine continues to run and troubleshoot as needed
• Measure, Mix, and Weigh materials
• Perform continuous quality checks
• Screen printing
• Adjust coloring and art for each order
• Load glassware onto the line
• Utilize the ERP system to document production quantities
• Use bench grinders and various hand tools

Compensation for the Machine Operator:

• Starting pay is $18/hr

Hours for the Machine Operator:

• Must be available to work any shift
• Training will be Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
• Once hired in, you will NOT be on 1st shift, you will need to move to either 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm or 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am

Requirements of Machine Operator candidates:

• A passion for learning and growing
• Previous manual machine operating experience or extensive manufacturing experience
• Experience troubleshooting machinery preferred
• Hand tool experience
• Knowledge or interest in graphic design or screen printing preferred
• Team player mentality
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Excellent attendance, work ethic, and motivation
• High School Diploma/GED
