ReVive Fiber in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a machine operator for the 3rd shift (Midnight to 8:00 AM). Training on the 1st shift will occur before transitioning to the 3rd shift.

A minimum of 6 months of machine operator experience is required, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heights or confined spaces. Responsible for operating LaRoche and Margasa machines, adjusting feed rates, and performing routine servicing.

Job Description

Responsible for operation of LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment to affect the timeliness and quality production of finished material. This is accomplished by setting the machine feed rate and adjusting the machine operating parameters to the most common optimum settings for each grade. The operator should be skilled at routine servicing procedures for box discharge systems and machines.

General Requirements

Capable of performing tasks including but not limited to:

working at heights and working in confined spaces.

Able to read, write and convey ideas.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs with adequate body flexibility.
